CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK FLUENT FRENCH & ENGLISH
ABILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS IN A 24/7 ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years experience in Technical Support for software & hardware
Previous helpdesk experience
General Retail experience
Post Secondary computer studies or equivalent work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong O/S Knowledge (Windows 95/NT/2000, 2003) and DOS experience
Background supporting SQL databases ( MS-SQL & Sybase SQL)
Superior problem solving & diagnostic abilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
��� Handle inbound calls within the defined Customer Service Level Agreement.
��� Ensure continued operation of in-store application environments
��� Responsibility for handling assigned issues and providing problem resolution
��� Advise On-Duty Team Leader on all Priority 1 issues
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
��� Responding promptly to assigned issues
��� Log detailed call history in a timely manner
��� Provide superior interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner
��� Provide superior problem solving abilities
��� Ensure that Shift Team Leader is aware of all open issues and respective severity levels
��� Providing solutions to customer issues through problem duplication and investigation
��� Initiating and ensuring adherence to established escalation procedures in all situations
��� Escalating unresolved calls to the On-Duty Team Leader
��� Resolve open issues from the previous shift that have been assigned by the Shift Leader
��� Assist with documentation and communication of call resolution procedures (Knowledgebase)
��� Communicate with 3rd. Party suppliers where necessary
��� Provide necessary assistance in setup and testing of new customer Support lab environments
��� Develop and maintain technical knowledge level on all aspects of SAP Retail applications
��� Develop and maintain knowledge of Retail industry concepts
